We are an adjudicator nominating body that publicly holds itself out for the nomination of adjudicators to resolve construction and engineering disputes in the United Kingdom and internationally.
We are able to nominate Dispute Board Members or provide names of suitable Dispute Board Members for various types of standing and ad hoc dispute board including:
- Dispute Resolution Boards (DRB)
- Dispute Adjudication Boards (DAB) under FIDIC
- Dispute Avoidance Boards (DAB) under NEC 4
- Dispute Avoidance & Adjudication Board (DAAB) under FIDIC

If you would like to become a dispute board panel member please download and return the application form. There will be an application fee payable upon application of £250.00. There is no fee if you were directly invited to apply by UKA. Payment details will be forwarded upon receipt of the application.
